Quad Cities Record Store To Give Socially Distant Outdoor Sale A Spin

Could outdoor record sales be the new normal? A long-time Quad Cities record store is willing to give it a shot.

Ragged Records will present a socially distant outdoor sale 5 to 9 pm June 20 at Lowland Courtyard, 311 21st Street, in Rock Island.

Guests will be asked to wear masks and adhere to social distance guidelines at the sale to help reduce the spread of COVID-19. Hand sanitizer stations will be provided.

Ragged Records will sell all vinyl at the sale for just $3. The sale also will feature vintage clothing and jewelry from Trash Can Annie Vintage Clothing along with pizza from LoPiez and beverages from Rozz-Tox.

The Lowland Courtyard can be found next to Ragged Records and Music in Rock Island. Ragged’s Davenport location, which fell victim to flood waters last Spring, is scheduled to reopen at a new site, 311 East 2nd Street, this fall.
